Welcome to The Argument. We are married humans who make music together in our basement in Seattle. Our songs are about everything from astronomy to alcoholism to aging—things we love or hate or at least worry and wonder about. Our process is slow going. But in the fall of 2016 we released 11 songs, one a week for 11 weeks, each accompanied by an essay providing some backstory. Our hope was that friends, family and (with any luck) a few people we don't even know enjoy finding out what happens when two 40-somethings take a break from streaming Netflix and petting cats to write music. We also hope you like the songs.
